Article 18: Fair Usage Policy

As a platform we strive to uphold the rights and privacy of our users, protection of their data, as well as the integrity of what we stand for. To help us enforce this we have various measures on the platform, such as the prior approval from all users before submitting forms, the ability to revoke their permission they have given to companies at any time, keeping details updated, and the rights of every user, including companies to close their account, and requesting the data we securely store on them.

Whilst we constantly work to improve safety and user experience, we as a company know the protection of the integrity of what we aim to offer our customers, is also something we need to ask them to uphold too. Adding email addresses and contact numbers to posts to avoid having to get the prior approval of the user for how their data is used, and abusing leads that have requested further information, are areas which we will monitor very closely.

If any of the billing, privacy, or fair usage policies of the For the Engineers platform are deemed to have been misused, not followed, or abused, we reserve the right to permanently revoke membership on the platform, to protect the rights of our users and the integrity of the platform.
